Welcome to Hockey 5's
Pinnacle is excited to offer play modeled on the exciting version of field hockey - Hockey 5's.
2024 saw the first ever FIH World Cup for this format, and we are grateful to have USA Hockey 5's National Team Member Abby Burnett joining us this season to help introduce this version to Michigan. You can learn more about Hockey 5's here.

Athletes will be assigned to a team and can request up to 2 teammates. They will also be required to have a Pinnacle pinnie, which are available for purchase during registration. Each team will have a one hour practice during the first session. Teams will play 4 - 45 minute game blocks and have a 4 blocks guarantee. A game schedule will be released once registration closes.

Join Pinnacle for Small Group Skill and Technical Training. Work on possession, passing and hitting under the guidance of Pinnacle Field Hockey coaching staff. Athletes will be places in small groups and can request teammates or friends to join their group. Training is 1 hour long at High Velocity Sports in Canton, MI.

Since our launch, in 2009, Pinnacle has subscribed to our initial mission statement:

enable athletes to grow through a sport called field hockey as teammates and citizens, and

empower athletes to realize their goals for field hockey – interscholastic and/or intercollegiate
At Pinnacle we endeavor to have each participant, grow in a fun and developmentally appropriate environ across all age groups ages 8 – 18.
Within our training culture we strive to grow each athlete's speed of thought, foot, skill and tactical awareness while growing their strength in the 3 Cs:

courage.
At Pinnacle it is our privilege to grow athletes through a game called field hockey to enable them to become courageous, confident and contributing members within the classroom, on the field, and in the community; therein lies our mission.

Join Pinnacle Travel
We are pleased to announce Tryouts for the 2024-25 travel season will be held on Monday, July 15 at Dexter High School (Twin Turfs). Our U12 and U14 Tryouts will be held at 6:00 - 7:30 PM and our U16 U19 Tryout will be held at 7:30 - 9:00 PM.

Pinnacle Field Hockey is excited to offer our Spring Skills Series. This clinic program is designed for the individual looking to learn more about the game and who is interested in improving their personal skill set. Attend any or all clinics to grow your game! Registration to open soon!
